- Designed interview evaluation criteria, assessments, technical evaluations and conducted interviews
- Managed team of sourcers and screeners combined with the implementation of video interviewing for efficiency; at peak performance was able to “interview” over 1,000 candidates in two weeks

- Created and executed new-hire and continued education trainings; Produced all continued education programs designed with ADDIE combining live, e-lectures, pre-recorded videos, corresponding exams
- Designed and implemented “Sales Apprentice” and “Technical Apprentice” programs to create talent from a previously non-qualified talent pool resulting in increased profitability company wide
- Organizational Development (OE, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management)
- Redesigned organization structure, leadership team, growth strategies and compensation models
- Implemented CLEAR (Clear Career Path, Learning Objectives, Expectations, Accountabilities, Rewards) performance conversations focused on business results versus traditional competencies
- Partnered with key stakeholders to assess gaps and provide performance solutions, tailored to specific business needs with strategy alignment, team integration, employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, and 360-degree feedback
- Oversaw creation compensation models including sales commissions, executive comp & bonus programs
- Total Rewards & HR Services (Benefits Administration, Compensation Models, Policy creation; HRIS manager)
- Oversaw all benefits administration and policy to create comprehensive and competitive benefits programs including insurance through private captive, 401k, FSA plus unique perks including “Unlimited” PTO, Flex-hours, telecommuting, on-site perks such as ping pong, basketball, etc. and company events including Family Lake Day, BBQs, and President’s Club

- Created Hiring Campaign Brands to appeal to the target hiring demographics at different career stages
- Oversaw development and design of Working at Adcap careers page with overseas development team
- RESULT: Increased LinkedIn “Talent Brand Index” from 7% to 49% in 24 months
- RESULT: Increased annual Glassdoor viewership from 350 to 160,000 in 24 months
